Music to highlight Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast

Musician Mike Chamberlin and the San Clemente High School Madrigals will appear Tuesday at the San Clemente Community Center. Proceeds will benefit Kiwanis Club youth projects.

Mike Chamberlin, a retired TV anchorman, musician and 1966 graduate of San Clemente High School, will be keynote speaker for the 2011 San Clemente Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast at 7 a.m. Tuesday in the Community Center, Avenida Del Mar at Calle Seville.

The event also will feature music by the San Clemente High School Madrigals. Tickets are $20 per person, or $180 for a table of 10. For reservations, call Frank Butsko at 949-366-5423.

The Kiwanis Club of San Clemente Foundation and the Pastor’s Fellowship of South Orange County are co-hosting the event, with net proceeds going to Kiwanis youth projects.
